Former student of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Telecommunications, Thierry Gaiffe has acquired a long experience in the management of high technology companies. He started his career as Chief Technical Officer of Photonetics, an independent SME specialized in optical communication equipment. He then participated to the creation of IXBLUE, another independent high technology SME. He managed the company until 2010 and was able to develop from a R&D startup to an industrial corporation generating yearly revenues of 40 M€. Since 2010, he has been managing ELNO, an industrial company specialized in defence, aerospace and transport. In parallel to these positions, Thierry has also been President of Comié Richelieu and participated to the creation of the Pacte PME association.
